Returns and refund policy

Faulty products or unable to supply

In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the product ordered and paid for Bananacoast Steel Supplies will refund the receipted amount that was paid in full within 14 days.

Bananacoast Steel Supplies inspect all products upon arrival for damage or defect. Products will only be dispatched or released when we are satisfied products are in ‘New Condition’.

Bananacoast Steel Supplies takes all necessary steps to keep products in ‘New Condition’ from the time the product arrives until the time the customer receives delivery of the product.

In the event of the product being damaged on delivery, due to our handling procedures, Bananacoast Steel Supplies will offer to swap the damaged product for a replacement or offer a refund on the damaged product.

Due to the nature of steel products, the above mentioned conditions DO NOT include minor scratches and minor damage.
